MELANIE ADAMS ANOTHER PERFECT HORSE, INC. MIAMI, FLORIDA 305-970-8864 At the age of four, I was given my first Shetland pony, Daphne. That started a lifetime love of horses. Over the years, I have participated in just about every horse discipline including English, dressage, jumping, western pleasure, barrel racing, starting horses and stable management. Anything to be around these wonderful animals. I met Joe Mangravito, of A Perfect Horse ranch, when my Mother and I went to his symposium in Davie, Florida. Joe was teaching the JOHN LYONS method of conditioned response horse training. The instruction was based on gentle persuasion instead of harsh bits and curb chains. We knew at once that this was unlike any training that we had ever seen done before. My Mother, Ginger, and I spent an intensive three months with Joe learning the special JOHN LYONS’ techniques. We are now certified in this method and can teach you and your horse to have a gentle relationship. A well trained, responsive horse is the key to a safe and enjoyable partnership.
